Decaying Palette

Decaying Palette is an experimental project, focusing on local mineral soils and foraged or grown botanicals, slow creation and community-building. Nothing is made to last forever; every pigment in this project represents the seasons, inviting you to reflect on the land and embrace life’s cycles through colours. This project aims to develop compostable art materials, explore the resources and materials around us, and grow a community of fellow creators.

What is offered in Decaying Palette:

Snail Mail Club: Each month, subscribers receive an envelope containing one handmade natural watercolour and a small zine about the material delivered directly to their address.

Handcrafted Natural Watercolours and Pigments: Artisan paints and pigments made of natural and urban waste streams.

Workshops: Hands-on gatherings exploring natural pigments and collaborative-making.
